Nunes would not be releasing all the evidence if anybody was going to be prosecuted for these crimes.

here is a general principle. Trump and sessions will never prosecute a democrat. You may know why, I certainly don’t. But they sit and watch mueller prosecute republicans for bull pucker. 18 months ago they had enough in the Comey report to indict her and they did nothing, have done nothing, and will do nothing.

I take an opposite view of this. The committee has no ability to prosecute. If the documents were given only to the DOJ then they would sink into the swamp. The transcripts should be as widely distributed as possible. I’m just sayin’.

Nunes would not be releasing all the evidence if anybody was going to be prosecuted for these crimes. While I agree that we don't have a functioning DOJ, I d think it would be possible for Congress to release evidence and for the DOJ to prosecute.

Nunes would not be releasing all the evidence if anybody was going to be prosecuted for these crimes. So, you're finally admitting President Trump is out of the woods.
Take a bow, Sherlock.
