“The Judiciary Committee voted 11 to 10 on Thursday to hold the vote at 1:45 p.m. on Sept. 20, and Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) is expected to set full Senate votes on Kavanaugh’s confirmation for the final week of September.”
The committe vote is scheduled for the 20th. The full senate is set to vote the following week. This allegation is a tactic to put the committe vote off to hold up the confirmation.
The so called tactic is null and void. Vote will proceed as scheduled and Kavanaugh will be confirmed.
