It is a felony to lie to Congress whether or not one is under oath. The oath is strictly ceremonial (part of the television show).
Reagan’s National Security Advisor Poindexter did prison time for lying to Congress. It does remain to be proven that any Democrat would be so prosecuted.
If the rule of law has become meaningless, we have a lot bigger problems than this wench.
