There were enough “males” surrounding him at the doors at one point and they could have all taken him down then. But what good would it have done?

And if they had done so, they would all have lost their jobs because that's the rules of retail. If anyone tried who wasn't an employee, he could sue for assault and win.

Somewhere along the line, we've taken the whole concept of "freedom" a bit too far. /s

Good stuff. Criminals have the law on their side.

True, criminals sue and get big money from victims if they get harmed in any way while committing a crime. We should patch up sidewalk cracks and not leave toys on the floor during their home invasions or they can trip.

Freedom is for us to be good victims.
