Maybe they do! Check Trump, is he President? Does he have the authority to demand that these documents be turned over in a week? Yes he does. Will he? NO I don't know what he is waiting for but I am worried that maybe he is not really ready to take charge.
I believe they swore an oath to support and defend the Constitution...this looks like they are trying to subvert it.
