I am not getting to excited by this, the district is hugely Hispanic AND Flores is one of their own, I would think most voted on the name Flores!!! I will take the win however we got it BUT don’t read to much into it most folks don’t vote because they are educated about the issues they voted an Hispanic person in!!!
