In my state, you can buy stamps at the grocery store.
This is the beginning of a campaign to push for online voting, which would be a VERY VERY VERY VERY BAD THING!!!!
If you are a college student and can’t figure out how to get a postage stamp... I’m glad your vote will not be counted. You are officially too stupid to have your choice recorded.
