WASHINGTON (ABC7) — A woman was stabbed to death late Tuesday evening in Logan Circle, according to D.C. police.
DC Police said it happened around 8 p.m. in the 1400 block of 11th Street, NW.
Police said the female victim was unconscious and unresponsive when they got to the scene. Witnesses told ABC7 her injuries were severe.
Neighbors who were in the area when the stabbing took place say the victim appeared to be wearing jogging clothes and was running through the neighborhood.
They she was stopped at the corner of 11th Street and P Street, waiting to cross the intersection, when she was stabbed.
Neighbors said a few witnesses rushed to help the victim and were able to carry the woman into a nearby restaurant, where they tried to administer first aid.
Police Chief Peter Newsham was among those who responded to the scene, and a tweet from the Metropolitan Police Department said officers were looking for three black males in connection to the stabbing.
The suspects were described as wearing the following:
Suspect 1: All black clothing
Suspect 2: White hat, white shirt and black pants
Suspect 3: Mustard-colored shirt
The tweet also cautioned anyone who has information on the suspects' whereabouts not to take action but to call 911 right away.

Why when reading just the headline did I think of the Clintons ?
In an anime or cartoon, well most anime or cartoons, that would be enough.
Who the heck would jog in that kind of area?
This shows the importance of situational awareness. Sounds like this happened so fast, even if she was carrying she probably wouldn’t have had time to draw and take out three targets. You have to be aware of what’s in front of you and any blind corners - and change your path to avoid bad spots. If you do see someone suspicious to you (and you are carrying) always try to keep something between you and him/them - a car, a trash can or even a telephone pole. Something they would have to go around to get to you, which should give you just enough time to draw and confront the threat.

It would probably be a good idea to always jog with someone.

Joggers aren’t known for carrying a lot of money or wearing much jewelry...
Seems to me like it would be more modern to call it early night rather than late evening.
It happened in D.C., it's next to impossible to get a CCW in D.C. for anyone other than the most well connected, and the well connected generally have armed security.
No, it is not late per se, but it is “late evening”, the period before sunset to just before full darkness. It is sort of a period that varies from when the sun is about 18 deg above the horizon to around somewhere when the sun is 18 deg below the horizon- late day time early night time, evening....
Just a factoid. Same applies to morning and daytime on the opposite side of the daytime cycle.
Wonder what the motive for the murder was? White privilege retribution or something? Robbery? Who has anything of value on their person when jogging.
While the crime is solely upon these evil perps, let this kind of behavior be a reminder to everyone- never go out alone, espc, if you are incapable of killing to protect yourself. Make that, “never go out unless you capable of killing to protect yourself”. Be armed or find a place where you can be armed if not there already.

I see it all the time on a daiky basis in terrible neighborhoods! Beautiful college girls walking or jogging around with earbuds in completely clueless of their surroundings. They have been programmed to ignore all survival instincts via school and mass media. They see movie after movie where petite females kick the crap out of muscular men. They are told they are racist if they cross the street or GOD FORBID JUDGE ANYONE! And it gets some of them killed and raped sadly. I see college girls LIVING in some of these neighborhoods...right down the street from section 8 housing developments. They and their parents are absolutely clueless!!!!
There are going to be HUNDREDS of unsolved murders in D.C. in the next few months as the deep state attempts to cut ties to anyone with any knowledge.
