BUTTERSCOTCH COFFEE
ING 1/2 cup butterscotch chips, 8 cups hot brewed coffee, 2 cup half-and-half, 5 -8 tbl sugar (to taste)
METHOD Heat ing gently.....pour into cup. Top with whipped cream. Garnish
GARNISH melt/heat 1/2 cup butterscotch chips.
Drizzle over whipped cream. Add some butterscotch chips.
CARAMEL IRISH CREAM COFFEE
CREAM Stir/melt on med 1 1/2 c 18% table cream (HnH); (or cup HnH,
1/2 cup h/cream), 3 1/3 oz caramel milk chocolate candy bars, broken into
fine-chp pieces. Offheat add 1/4 c Irish cream liqueur.
SERVING Stir 1/4 cup prepared Cream into cup black coffee.
Top w/ soft-whipped cream and a drizzle of Hershey's caramel syrup.
