The Deep State is in an obvious panic mode since President Donald Trump ordered a number of documents relating to the Russia investigation be declassified. Joining the loud choir of those who are pushing for insubordination against the president is former CIA Director John Brennan.
Appearing on MSNBC on Tuesday, Brennan urged people in the intelligence community to ignore the president’s order. The former CIA head was stripped of his security clearance by Trump in August for his bizarre behavior.

It is not a “law enforcement” investigation... it is a “counterintelligence” investigation. Doubly true is that not only is it NOT a “law enforcement” investigation it isn’t even that... because no crime has been purported to have been committed, or conceived of being committed— which is a requirement of any FBI “criminal/law enforcement investigation”. Ask any non- corrupted FBI agent— who would be known as such because they would tell you this!!
The Judicary is part of the executive branch of government. This will not end well for those that resist the lawful orders of the executive.
We need to develop the word description of what needs to be done legally not emotionally.
If that turns out to be the case, I know someone who wants to be there to help with a quick construction project.

Sure, and Brennan will talk about what a miscarriage of justice it is when some dumb SOB who does what he’s telling them to goes to prison.
Didja see the facial expressions ol’ Strzok was making when he was testifying in Congress? What would one suppose some guy like that would make out of that term?
Just sayin’, I think it’s possible that they could have gone that far...

Most freepers post about quick punishment for the guilty even before they are indicted, tried and found guilty.

I believe that people understand the legal process. Prosecuting someone precedes incarceration, and I don’t think there’s a FReeper that doesn’t understand that if there is an innocent verdict, the person will not be incarcerated.
I understand the dynamic you are addressing. I’m not trying to advocate for not giving due process to these people.

Gee, the way he runs his mouth, issuing one seditious threat after another, you might think John Brennan is bullet proof ...
PERSONALLY I think we should test the heart attack machine on Brennan but isn’t encouraging someone to break the law actionable ?? Asking for a friend.
