Wayne County,MI is home of the City of Detroit and Inkster, both homes to majority African American citizens. Detroit is 82.7% and Inkster is 71.2 % .

Does one have to take a class to learn to be this stupid?

You will be able to buy all the bullets you want. At $25 each.

That won’t see the light of day in the Michigan Legislature.

Classy.

What about crossing county lines or just ordering online?

Bullets? What about cartridges? I can MAKE my own bullets. If I have cartridge cases (and I do, aplenty), I can LOAD MY OWN cartridges.

These people are insane.

As of this year, in order to purchase ammunition in CA from a retailer, you have to pass a “background check” much the same as if you were to purchase a gun. Then you are issued a “license” which you must produce each and every time you buy ammunition.

No that law will take effect Jan. 1st 2019, if the Kali DOJ can figure out how to license everybody.

Right now only ammo sellers have to be licensed. I buy all the ammo I want here in Kali. Also, ammo is cash and carry atm. No ID at all.

You may be correct on the implementation, but I know that you can no longer buy ammo outside the state. I used to purchase my ammo from a place in Nevada and have it sent UPS. You can no longer do that. And it is now unlawful to “import” ammunition into CA.
I have found that most ammo in CA is overpriced.

Agreed on that.

I’m going to look into buying reloads at LAX Ammo. We shoot there often and see their reloads are at a decent price.

But suppose the police only have one bullet to sell. Do they conduct a lottery, or what?

Or you can just drive 10 miles to the Detroit city limits an buy them over the counter. Or are they going to try to ban buying a legal item, perfectly legally, outside the city limits?

I’ve been buying mine @ Ammo Supply Whse. In Pahrump, NV. They have rock bottom prices. The only problem now is how to get the stuff.

I don’t see this solving the root issues of low IQ, high time preference, poor future time orientation, and low impulse control in the primary Detroit demographic for shootings.

This is both a restraint of trade and a RICO violation (extortion).

Ok, I won’t go to Wayne County to buy Bullets. I’ll go to my local shooting range in Hillsborough County.
