This evidence HOWEVER was supposed to PROVE that Kavanaugh was completely innocent this is just a WHAT IF this happened!!! Unless this friend of Kavanaugh’s comes forward I just don’t see how they prove beyond the Dems doubt it was NOT Kavanaugh!! Perhaps this guy HAS already come forward and this is how this synopsis came to be!!! I mean this guy has nothing to lose by coming forward it wasn’t rape AND whatever it was it was 36 years ago!!!!

Literally all her testimony is hear say, none of it is her memory. She called her friends up and they said “nah, you never said anything about that”. She told the WAPO, but they wanted it all to be true.
Kavanaugh doesn’t have to prove a DAMN thing. That’s the American system. Reasonable doubt threshold if criminal, preponderance if a civil action. This isn’t even an Administrative action, with the evidence “is what i say it is” threshold. It’s a let’s don’t lose Susan Collins action. Nothing more, nothing less.
