When an accuser can't (or won't) say when or where something happened, how can any picture, evidence or testimony prove it didn't happen.

These picture, evidence and testimony can clearly be dismissed as not pertaining to the place and/or time of the accuser's claim. That's why Ford's claim is incompatible with the basic principle of justice.

regarding the staircase photo of this article, vs. the yearbook photos that have been posted hereabouts, the sixth one down, lower right is a staircase. Are the staircases the same, just reversed image?
