They are representing a client who has been invited to testify before a U.S. Senate committee as a witness in a matter where Tammy Baldwin will be casting a vote as a U.S. Senator.

I'm not a lawyer, but that sure sounds like a conflict of interest to me.

But its all good since this is all a Democrat scheme to delay the vote til AFTER the midterms..just watch, if this gets delayed til after the midterms..all of a sudden Dr. Ford will come out and say “Ya know, I made a mistake, it wasn’t Kavanaugh after all”

Conflicts of Interest can be off-set by donations that exceed twice the damage.

Better yet...Have the slip-and-fall lawyers schedule a distraction to refocus the evening news.
