Christine Blasey Ford's legal team has asked the Senate Judiciary Committee to agree to certain terms before she sits down for a potential interview over her accusation that Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh sexually assaulted her, two sources told Fox News on Thursday night.
Among the terms: Only members of the committee -- no lawyers -- can question her; Kavanaugh cannot be in the room at the time; and Kavanaugh must be questioned first.

In picking a jury for personal injury cases you usually do not want women, if your client, the plaintiff, is a woman. You learn that women are very, very hard on each other, especially when they can do it anonymously. Except for left-wing loons with an agenda, I suspect that most women are not sympathetic to the accuser here.

Bring out Kavanaugh- ask him to respond. He answers - “respond to what.” Then they dismiss him and call her and start questioning - lawyers can be sitting behind the senators, they aren’t actually questioning, right?
They’re not lawyers acting in a legal capacity. They’re acting as U.S. Senators — and many of them just happen to be lawyers. Grassley is not a lawyer, for example.

This is the first time we’re hearing about another girl. Before, it was four boys. Didn’t she even say the therapist wrote in her notes the four boys were in the bedroom but it was really two? What gives? Trying to save face that she was there alone with four male upperclassmen?
