Christine Blasey Ford's legal team has asked the Senate Judiciary Committee to agree to certain terms before she sits down for a potential interview over her accusation that Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh sexually assaulted her, two sources told Fox News on Thursday night.
Among the terms: Only members of the committee -- no lawyers -- can question her; Kavanaugh cannot be in the room at the time; and Kavanaugh must be questioned first.

For Brett’s sake, I hope none of his personal lawyers are taken from the White House Staff of Attorneys. Quite often, it appears that our president has not be served well by his own lawyers. They seem unprepared and inexperienced with the usual patterns of trial development. It could also be that Mr. Trump disregards their advice. That’s always a possibility with such a strong personality as the president.

Kavanaugh can’t go first. He has to be able to respond to the specific accusations and charges. If he goes first, he has nothing to respond to. The only thing he could do is give a general denial.

Delaying this hearing again is the GOP’s equivalent of raising the white flag. Allowing an 11th hour accuser to dictate Senate business is PATHETIC.
At this moment, @ChuckGrassley seems to be out-maneuvered. Accuser’s counsel is smart to issue list of demands to a cowering Senate that appears easy to manipulate. #AppearMonday

I really think the GOP is giving wayyyyy too much time already to thus crap. The average American voter knows this is a political game abd aren’t falling for it. The only people taking it seriously are uber oolitical voters. They should never have delayed this vote. Giving it too much xredibility.
