The pure stupidity of out elected Lawmakers. The FBI does not investigate a non-federal crime. This is a local matter. And, the local police will not move forward on a repressed memory hypnosis account of an event. There is no evidence no witnesses and nothing to investigate.
Plus the statute of limitations is ling past.
I’d say ANY future allegations without a police report be ignored. If she discard enough when it allegedly happened, it didn’t happen.
