In May, Upper West Side nanny Yoselyn Ortega was sentenced to life in prison, without parole, for the October 2012 murder of two children under her care.
So the ready-to-pop, non-Engrish speaking women who know nothing about the USA fly in and for legal/immigration reasons they deliver the child here.

That’s an obscenity.
Muslim money laundering scheme backfire. Someone did not get paid.
Oh. My. God. Evil is on the move everywhere.
The attack occurred at around 3:30 a.m., reports indicate. The NYPD says the adult female victim was stabbed multiple times in the torso and an adult male victim was stabbed in the leg.
The location, Mei Xin Care Inc, is described as a day care that also provides overnight child care center for people who work night shifts.
All child care centers in New York City are regulated by the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, but a Heavy search of licensed NYC centers on the DOHMH database does not include this location address or facility name.
