As far as I'm concerned, Bill Clinton set the standard of proof more than 20 years ago. If a woman wants to come forward with an accusation like this in a highly charged political setting, she'd damn well better have the semen-strained clothing to back it up.

President Trump has the goods on her. He’s aimed an arrow right at her and daring her and the Dem lawyer/strategists/pr people to come at him.
This is a man who knows and understands how to win. Perhaps the rumored letter making similar allegations at Gorsuch is true.
Or the other rumor that she wrote on Facebook someone needs to make a sexual allegation at Gorsuch has been recovered from her Facebook account.
If either is true, she’s toast.
