On what bases do make that assertion? I have seen nothing to indicate anything of the sort.

“Inside source”. Why would foreign “allies” contact Trump about top secret US FISA warrant? If you were a deal maker, what would you ask for in exchange for not revealing, or delaying reveal of foreign “intervention “?
