Rosenstein’s denial in the face of written contemporaneous claim by McCabe is the sort of thing that Rosenstein prosecutes people for.
And now that we know mccabe wrote a whole series of memos and the FBI still has them, they need to be released to congress.

Trump should fire Rosenstein, for breaking the law, specifically basis the NY Times and WaPo articles. Treat them as gospel truth

McCabe is a liar no different then Comey and Strzok. His memos are self serving BS...This is the exact technique they used to smear the President with the Russia Collusion Hoax and as long as people are willing to play the game of believing people like McCabe and the NYT it will never end...
I would simple tell Rosenstein that based on the story the Executive Branch leadership no longer has any faith in his objectivity and requires his resignation.
Rosenstein should offer his resignation to Trump this evening. Whether he said his rantings,in jest or being deadly serious...he must go. Just uttering the words is cause for dismissal. Trump....broom him immediately.
