What is happening is they see the President is getting VERY close to firing their cover man Jeff Sessions so Mueller floats the "it's winding down" rumor to sway the President into inaction. Look it up. Each time the President has appeared to be close to firing sessions mueller floats "He is about to wrap it up". He said this almost a year ago when the President was clearly leaning towards firing sessions. This is like the fourth or fifth time this has happened.

The deep state is buying time until they win in the midterms then they will go for the throat. Count on it.
