She knows she has no evidence to present. She won’t appear. This is all a big joke. They don’t want the hearing. They want the issue.
Those mean Republicans silenced the sexual attack survivor.
If she testifies they lose the case and the issue.

I agree with you with one worry.
We’ve been continually reminded, even by Grassley, that a portion of Ford’s letter to Feinstein was redacted and Republicans prevented from seeing it.
My guess is it contains some kind of name or evidence that will give the appearance of validity and will be time consuming to check out.
The Republicans will be forced to decide on delaying until after the midterms or forging ahead. Feinstein and Grassley are old friends. I don’t trust him.
