Pretty poor plan, seeing as how:
1. The statute of limitations has long run out,
2. She can’t remember 90% of the details,
3. Three alleged attendees to the party have denied it ever occurred, and
4. There is no evidence of any kind.
I will entirely agree with 2-4. However, there is no statute of limitations in Maryland for a “crime” like this. Charges could be filed. Just a filing would effectively end this.
But, as you know, lunatic liberals have never let something like no evidence stand in their way. It’s up to the prosecutor if police send him something.
This is one of the worst acts Democrats have ever tried to pull off.
They are totally psychotic and dangerous.
