They had a Statute of Limitations but they changed the Law a little while ago.

Not sure if they can retroactively go back but the day the change was signed into Law should be the effective Date.

That means it has no effect in this situation, not that the Law has anything to do with reality.

Removal of SOL’s for these offenses is becoming more common.
It’s removal in other states generally a removal back to day one. When laws change, they are generally copied from other states laws,sometimes word for word.
No “offense” is protected by law. But,it’s all about evidence. Her recollection of the facts in this case is very sketchy, dubious and probably wouldn’t be proof beyond a reasonable doubt. But, Democrats don’t care. It’s all about regaining power in any way possible.
