A perfect example of the nonsense that you find on the Internet. This is BS.

Justice Gorsuch was confirmed to the Supreme Court on April 7, 2017 and he was sworn in on April 10, 2017. He participated in oral arguments on April 18, 2017 in the case of Ricky Henson, et al., petitioners v. Santander Consumer USA Inc. The case was decided on June 12, 2017 with Mr. Gorsuch writing the majority opinion.

So knock this off, it only takes a few minutes to discover a few simple facts like this.

Something else to keep in mind is that most of those cases are probably inconsequential in the big picture. The court generally shies away from ruming on landmark cases unless they have all nine justices seated.

Maybe the Dems have a case that they REALLY don't want Kavanaugh to hear.

Right.. Oral arguments is the point of no return. If they begin without Kavanaugh then he cannot jump into that case after the fact.
