The daughter of former President Ronald Regan and First Lady Nancy Davis has come out swinging in defense of Christine Blasey Ford, the woman accusing Brett Kavanaugh of sexual assault.
In a bombshell op-ed for the Washington Post, Patti Davis detailed her own experience with sexual assault, claiming she had been raped by a music executive nearly 40 years ago.
Davis was joined with other high-profile figures, such as Alyssa Milano and Ashley Judd, and journalist Thomas Roberts, in sharing their stories of abuse and explaining why they did not report them or come forward at the time.

I was at USC at the same time she was. She had a reputation for being ‘sexually assaulted’ on a regular basis, IYKWIM.

In defense of Ronnie and Nancy, their kids grew up in the 1960s and 1970s and were caught up in the myriad social “revolutions” of that era.
Lots of perfectly good parents wound up with worthless offspring due to no fault of their own during that time period.
I can have pity for Patty, who was (is) just a lost soul. However, Ron Jr has come across as a complete moron.
If I had to do a psychological “read” on him, I would guess that there is some unresolved angst in his soul due to his failure to amount to anything in life other than trading on his name. (And he even bombed with that. Thank goodness for the inheritance!!!) It sucks failing at everything.
It must DOUBLY suck doing so in the shadow of a GIANT whose shoes you aren’t worthy of shining.
Why didn’t she tell her father? Ronald and Nancy would have stood by their daughter and fought for justice. It’s not like they would treated her like a piriah.

Questions only Patti can answer. I have always figured that President Reagan had a very busy outside of the home life... and who knows what day to day life was like for his children... Hollywood/entertainment business, has a long history of perverts getting protected.
Ms Davis is taking this opportunity to let us know she is among the living. . . she faded into the sunset along time ago. Another swamper trying to become relevant.

Unfortunately, I think the state of Reagan’s family says a lot about the man. Great president; probably a lot behind the scenes you’d rather not know about. Hollywood is filled with flaky people, and he was probably just one of the most normal of a weird bunch. LOL.
How com none of these people came to support Juanita Broaddrick or Mary Jo Kopechne.
