They weren’t doormats concerning Scalia and Gorsuch. The problem is that there are at least 3 weak Senators who might vote no if they don’t get their way, and they’re running the show right now.

If the Senate GOP are not going to play ball for W’s boy Kavanaugh then there is no reason not to salt the earth. I’m sure the Trump DOE can find an environmental study to delay ANWAR exploration if Murkowski if isn’t in line, etc., etc. All these limp wristed GOP Senators have weak spots. This isn’t rocket silence. President Trump has been very patient with this den of beltway thieves. I have no doubt his patience is running out.
