An obvious conclusion and why we need to vote no matter what in Nov. We need extras to offset the losers on our side until we can weed them out completely.
He will only testify after her. Monday is a vote.

NOW, if there was a true representative of the people and their Constitution, they would demand to see the accuser's unredacted letter! How can Grassley proceed when he has not even heard a detail of the charges? Turns out: no, that does not matter.
I make this BOLD judgment:
If Judge Kavanaugh agrees to present his defense before he hears the accusations against him, then he should be removed from the Federal Bench! That is outside of Roman law, two millennia of western justice, common law and the U.S. Constitution. How can he be expected to protect the Constitution if he himself will not uphold its basic time-tested principles?
Why hasn't Grassley addressed this gross unjust demand? Because he is a sheep, a coward and a traitor to all that we hold dear if he does not reject such a precedent. {{right... looking forward to a 'pubbie with some guts... Phooey!}}

I would not blame Kavanugh if he pulled out, it’s not worth it.
Grassley needs to call the former high school student who did an analysis of the ‘crime’ and has come up with a theory based on Ford’s memories and his memory of the house and a student who looked like Kavanaugh...
Wasn’t the Monday vote canceled? If so, 3 days notice must be given before a vote according to committee rules. That means the earliest vote would be Tuesday????

after the 10 PM deadline. And yes, he folded again.
Past history indicates he will fold again.

Her “interview” on 60 minutes, not under oath, will eliminate any need to hitchhike to DC and testify under oath and face Kavanaugh.

Let’s start with the delay of 36 YEARS to attack Kavanaugh, even though he was presented by the Democrats years earlier for confirmation as a Justice. STRIKE ONE! She attended party where alcohol was served to minors. STRIKE TWO! There is no police report, or school report, or physical evidence, or even a witness willing to come forward to an incident that the victim claims she doesn’t know where, or when it happened, and it was among juveniles, whose court records would normally be sealed and then tossed, because, well, that’s how much it matters to adults. STRIKE THREE!

Kavanaugh will not testify if Ford doesn’t. That would be stupid. The DEMs get to beat up on Kavanaugh with their questioning.
If Ford doesn’t testify, Kavanaugh won’t. It will go straight to a committee vote.
I hope and pray karma makes an unwelcomed visit soon to all the liars and deceivers who propagate their evil schemes without shame concerning Judge Kavanaugh.

Somebody who fits BK's profile did something to her. It could have even been him.
This kind of stuff happens every single day in American suburbs. The kids are horny, full of misinformation and poor socialization, signals get crossed.
I have five daughters, and all of them have friends that similar things have happened to.
Now, the problem is that our leadership clique has become finely attuned to "her" story, to the point that they are closed to "his" story, to the other side of the coin, if you will.
As I said on another thread, no, I never threw a girl onto a bed (not when I was 17), but, once she was on the bed already, well, stuff happens.
BK's only possible defense was/is the truth. He may lose anyway, but if he lied about any of this, what was a minor teenage stupid boy thing will destroy him.
It's very concerning that, this morning, a "BK associate" is alleged to have looked her upon Linkedin back in July. If BK know who she was in June or July, and failed to say then, "That tramp? The one they called Choo-Choo? I would never go near her!" then he's not getting on the court.
