Judges aren’t really “public figures”, in the way you are inferring they are.
I agree, that member keeps posting the same thing about the judge being a public figure so he can’t sue. I dont think he’s really a public figure. And making false allegations of a crime that could get somebody put behind bars is definitely defamation in my opinion especially the keeps him from his career.
