Not only 'how/', but 'why?'. I mean why would the 'victim' want to scrub their background from the internet? What is there? Maybe her writings would out her as a hack political operative? Maybe she has voiced threats against conservatives? Maybe she has an overall credibility problem? Maybe she would be exposed as just a plain old whackjob?

In any event, she (and/or her handlers) felt it necessary to scrub the record.
