You do not hold up the confirmation of the next SCOTUS justice because some old drunken slattern is having a mid life crisis and marital problems because they can't remember the multiple page list of who they slept with or when. Hell, even the four witnesses she named don't recall the incident. This is great for humiliating the democrats but we have an innocent man and his family suffering for this.
