Grassley has lost his mind if he allows this “hearing” to proceed without the letter.
Either it doesn’t exist, or it can be used to impeach the witness.
In either event, it is a critical document, which cannot be withheld.
That’s what concerns me most:

The paraphrasing by Feinstein is being construed as badly as possible, which likely isn’t what’s actually alleged. The latest from Ford’s lawyer specifically says “sexual assault”, which legally can be as little as rude words.
All we need to know is that Schumer at some point said they would do anything to derail this nominee and the Republicans are letting them.
