The allegation is of a crime committed by a minor, that a juvenile jumped on a girl and groped her over her clothes.

Consistent with legal proceedings involving juveniles, the proceedings should not be made public and the records sealed as in juvey court.

Society has decided that we should not allow poor decisions that may have been made by juveniles to prejudice their future lives as adults.

Who knows, perhaps this kid Brett will turn out to be a solid contributor to society as an adult?

As long as we stoop from the heights of considering Kav's qualifications, litigations and rulings, down to the 'Rat level of anarchy...

Does that even count as "Second Base"? It sounds like in the area, but technically, is it? Well, on further thought, I guess in baseball, you successfully steal by touching the 2nd base cover, as opposed to the naked bag inside the cover. Wouldn't really work if each runner has to "tag" the base by pulling the cover off to touch the inside of it.
