It is known that Imwan Awan would access the House servers from Pakistan while he was over there on visits. If there was any info as to who he passed the info to, it was either found, and ignored, or never even investigated. The House Democratic Caucus's server was supposedly replaced by one that looked similar, and the original one disappeared. This case was lost from the start. No Congressional Democrat would cooperate with authorities during the investigation by the Capitol Police. And it was allowed to fall by the wayside.
This is commonly known as: 'Purposeful, and intentional benign neglect'.
Otherwise called: 'swept under the rug until it is forgotten', and beyond the statute of limitations.
