You realize, of course, that this story was deliberately set up to break on Sunday night because they wanted it to be out there while the Monday morning hearing was being held -- don't you?

These stories don't get written in a matter of days. They're prepared weeks or months in advance and then published at specific times as part of a deliberate strategy.
