Because Collins, Murkowski and Flake will vote NAY and Kavanaugh won’t be confirmed.
Flake will vote NAY to spite Trump. Murk and Collins because if they vote YAY, they will lose their female base and hence their next election.
The dems WILL get this delayed until after the mid terms and not in time for the next SC session.
We need 55 repubs to have a majority of 51 votes it seems. 65 to be safe. Sad thing that repubs won’t stick together like dems.
Those three are not the problem. With this New Yorker story and Avenatti's charges of gang rapes, I'll bet Kavanaugh wouldn't get 30 votes. Republicans would scatter into the tall weeds attempting to save their political hide. Hell, even Grassley may vote no.
