The only way to overcome this is to immediately subpoena these woman and make them testify under oath. They do NOT have a right to refuse and can be held in contempt....which I believe is criminal.
Since this is a political hit, they forced her to take the senate route to impugn Judge Kavanaugh. Unless she can add solid evidence or provide corroborating witnesses, all she can do is repeat her accusation. This obviously does not justify the delay of senate business.
The “hearing” should be canceled and the vote should take place immediately. If the rinos want to vote no, then, let them take their chances with their constituents.
