Looks like it barely got out of the starting gate, only to collapse under it’s own (very likely) falsehoods and weak suppositions.


In a sane world the same would have happened with Ford’s.

I’d like to start a thread on the following, but don’t have the time:

There is no statute of limitations on Ford’s claims in Maryland. The R’s should require she file a police report before they can proceede.

Hmmm... there may be a 1 year SOL for the Ford allegation.

There are two categories of sexual assault SOLs - Felony and misdemeanor. Felony, there is no limit. Misdemeanor has a 1-year SOL.

So, now one must consider the degree. I don't know for sure... but it would seem logical to me to start with the base-ics: clearly, a unauthorized home run is a felony. Perhaps a triple as well.

Clearly, a single (first base) would be a misdemeanor...

I'd put a cop-a-feel second-base in the misdemeanor camp.
