The deputy head of Iran's Revolutionary Guards warned U.S. and Israeli leaders on Monday to expect a "devastating" response from Tehran, accusing them of involvement in an attack on a military parade in the city of Ahvaz.
"You have seen our revenge before ... You will see that our response will be crushing and devastating and you will regret what you have done," Hossein Salami said in a speech before the funeral of the victims broadcast live on the state television.
Thousands of people packed the streets of the southwestern Iranian city of Ahvaz to mourn the victims of Saturday's assault that killed 25 people, including 12 members of the elite Revolutionary Guards.
Many chanted "death to Israel and America".

Granted I have no inside information, but it really does not seem like how the US does things.

Revenge? Will that be an open attack by people flying the Iranian flag or will it be deniable terrorism by demented suicide bombers doing the mullahs bidding? The problem is, Trump is not Obama. He will determine who was behind any attack and hold the sponsors personally accountable.

It sounds like the government doesn’t want to acknowledge that there anti-government groups strong enough to pull this off, so the simple thing to do is blame us.

good point, this is how dangerous this is, this coup is a worldwide event with many players, Trump should disband all intel and reform, put military on the streets and restore order and seal the border, then surround say LA, and remove illegals, and declare all who leave now will not be prosecuted, all who stay will be..unless under 18 then they will have a hearing..seal it up..
