I’m curious if Justice Kennedy can un-retire until his replacement is confirmed. He has to be mortified with what is taking place with BK.
I also think the next chapter in this saga will be Dr. Ford will back out of the hearing on Thursday until all these accusations are investigated. She does not want to testify under oath for many reasons. Her attorneys are stringing this out to have an excuse to back out of the Thursday hearing. Feinstein has already flashed that card with her letter to Grassley last night to postpone the hearing.
Somehow Kennedy must come to rescue his pending replacement.
