@PeteWilliamsNBC is reporting on @MSNBC that Rosenstein is heading to the WH. But that he *won't resign,* according to Williams' reporting.
Rosenstein will demand that if the WH wants him gone, they'll have to fire him.

Works for me.
Rosenstein wants the optics and the pension.
Then fire him.
Release the documents, this is all flack.
Source familiar: Rosenstein “has not submitted a resignation and is still the Deputy Attorney General. He is expecting to be fired”
Rosenstench doesn’t get to make demands.
Give him an option.
Do you want to resign or be prosecuted?
Um, that’s the way it’s done.
You ask for his resignation.
Even honorable miscreants understand the deal.
Is he trying a last-minute in-your-face snub of the president—”You want me gone?! Fire me!” How does Trump and team handle this? Say, “Get back to work”? Seems like political chicken.
Nope. If that’s what he wants, don’t give it to him.
And probably the Go Fund Me account the libs will no doubt start for him.
What happened to “I serve at the pleasure of the president” ? West Wing style. DAG is a political appointment, no? I thought all of these guys resigned on demand.
This is pure Rat Panic.
Im going to stand here and hold my breath until you fire me. Then I will use that for your impeachment.
‘Hope Trump won’t fall for a trap - let him resign. If he doesn’t want to, Rosenstein can see how he feels after all the documents are released.
Guess it time for me to call the WH and tell them of the time I was drunk and Rod sexually harassed me. I can come up with between 4 to 6 witnesses if necessary. Don’t know if the witnesses can verify, but what difference does that make!
I’m gonna need more popcorn....
Paul Ryan will attack the President if he fires him.
If Rosenstein resigns, it’s because he tried to get himself fired with the NYT article on Friday and Trump didn’t take the bait.
