Trump hasn't signed the budget yet. They can call Flake in and wipe out whatever crap goes to his constituents. Same with anyone voting against Kavanaugh on the republican side. Flake may have a job lined up, but why would he want to completely irritate big money on Republican donors when he can still get a lobbying job with one of them.
