Shhh, do not upset the uncritical-thinking ever-Trumpers, whose messiah can do no wrong. Although I do not particularly care for his show, like Ben I support Trump when he is correct and conservative, and criticize him when he is a knucklehead. That makes him a POTUS. I always praise *any* POTUS when he is correct and condemn him when he is wrong. Admittedly, there has been a higher praise:condemnation ratio over the past 18 months than the previous 28 years when there was precious little to praise.
IMHO Trump has made two catastrophic errors: 1) not firing every single Obama holdover, an oversight that has been nipping at his heels since Inauguration, and 2) not telling the Fed courts to pound sand when they have no jurisdiction in areas where they clearly have no jurisdiction, allowing them to stymie his every move. Combined with his own psychopathology of needing to be the center of adoration causing him to open his pie hole when he should shut up and stay out of his own way, I think we will one day look back on his presidency as one of general success but incalculable missed opportunities.
Like... North Korea, Manufacturing, Trade Deals, The Wall, Killing regulations, lowering taxes, destroying the Deep State, Medical care for Vets...
Even today, Trump is giving the United Nations a job to do: fighting global drug trafficing. Impossible? Yes, to an ordinary, short-sighted politician.
To Trump, every challenge is another skate on the Wollman ice rink in New York.
I realize President Trump is not perfect.
I wish he was but he is not.
However, Trump is all we have to prevent the corrupt leftists from taking over.
Never Trumpers like Ben Shapiro will flip flop on most issues and say Republicans must lose to prove they are principled.
