Good for him. He’s absolutely right, it will dissuade good people from serving the country if they are going to be subjected to dirty smear campaigns.. What needs to happens now, is that false accusers and the people pushing them need to be sued for slander.. Severe penalties in order to insure other opportunist, politically motivated hacks don’t try it.
