The judge has hired a very expensive lawyer. Her specialty is defamation. If you watched the interview he gave last night, he repeated over and over that “clearing his name” was very important to him. It was painful to watch his face and that of his wife during this interview.
I am thinking he plans to sue his accusers, Diane Feinstein,and those who colluded to smear him. I intend to contribute to this fund, even though I dislike GoFundMe.
Yes, I agree, he appeared beaten down, timid and defeated. I made those comments in a post last night. Judge Napolitano just said his demeanor in the interview didn't do him any good and he needs to show some fight in his statements before the committee on Thursday. Mitch showed some spine in his statements before the Senate yesterday (angrily calling it a smear job) and the judge has to act that way (restrained anger?) in his testimony. An example was Justice Thomas who in his testimony called it a "high tech lynching."
