I cannot envision any scenario where the GOP actually
needs Manchin to confirm a U.S. Supreme Court justice.
Manchin will not vote to confirm Kavanaugh if there is a single Republican voting against confirmation.

The timing of this rally couldn't be worse. I disagree. The more political pressure Trump can put on Manchin, the more likely Manchin will be forced to vote FOR Kavanaugh.
