If Kavanaugh isn't confirmed, there will be nothing.

If Kavanaugh is not confirmed, Pelosi, Schumer and all of the other usual suspects will have successfully completed their coup. They'll use the courts to get everything they want from now on.
Kavanaugh is the cleanest possible nominee. If they won't confirm him, they'll only confirm tyrants from now on. The U.S.A. will be ruled by tyrants with one branch of government as their tool.
