I guess the reassuring thing is that the reason we probably aren’t already living under Socialismis that the people trying to implement it are complete flaming idiots.

Don’t fool yourself, we are living under Socialism.

I think of it as Fascism Light. We all of the social welfare state pioneered by the Fascist and a quickly developing party control of the news media. We have the Brownshirts (Anti-Fa) running in the streets.

But the Fascism is growing bolder all the time.

If we don’t reverse the trend soon it will evolve in to full blown Fascism.

The Democrats are using the University system to indoctrinate our youth in to Fascist doctrine all the while telling them that conservatives are Fascist.

I don’t hold out much hope really that we can reverse the trend unless we get a handle on social media and really get the truth out there for the youth to see.

You are not wrong. The current drive to censor conservative speech on social media is a BIG step in that direction.
