Has Michelle deserted the masses? That is the question some women, especially black women, are asking after seeing the sky-high ticket prices for Michelle Obama’s book tour.
CBS 2’s Derrick Blakley said Michelle Obama’s book tour consists of inclusionary talk, but exclusionary prices. There won’t be any low-key, Hillary-like book signings for Michelle; instead, she’s proving to be an arena-star like Beyoncé.

Penguin Random House paid the Obama’s $65 million for a joint book deal. I’m not in publishing, but even other dingbat leftists in the industry were shocked by that sum of money. The amount of book and related sales will need to be absolutely huge.
They’ve got to earn it back any way they can.
Hmmm.... There were $30 tickets and those were snapped up first. Shortly into ticket buying there were $500+ tickets left.
Article fails to mention how many $30 tickets were sold and if there were any in the $45 or $75 range. The “secondary sales market” might know...
